OffshoreMW is putting real-world offshore wind experience to work here in the United States.
We are the sister company of WindMW, located in Bremerhaven, Germany. In August, 2011, WindMW completed financing on a 288MW project in the German North Sea. Manufacturing, construction, and O&M planning and training is currently underway. This project will be operational in 2013, perhaps before any commercial scale project is constructed in the United States.
The valuable experience and knowledge gained from this German project will be applied to OffshoreMW’s projects in the United States, making us among the most accomplished offshore wind developers working in the country today.
